Our deepest sympathies to Aunt Esther, Lori, Lisa, Matt, spouses and grandchildren. My Mom, (Norma, David’s sister would always boast about David’s mechanical abilities, she told stories of how as a young kid David would build bicycles out of parts he would scrounge up. Uncle David was stationed in Germany during his military service and was able to spend Christmas with some of our distant German relatives, he had told me it was a very memorable holiday. About 20 years ago my son Anthony was hit by a car and hospitalized, David came to our home in Pennsylvania and helped my mom watch the rest of our kids while my wife and I were with Anthony in the hospital. That really helped us out, I don’t know if I ever thanked him. Over the years. I would have some phone calls with Uncle David and Aunt Esther, it was always a blessing. We met with Aunt Nancy, Uncle Wilbur, Uncle David and Aunt Esther for breakfast at Yours Truly a couple times over the years and the time was always too short. May God Bless and Comfort all of the Burtzlaff Family. Mark and Lisa Matousek
