I am sorry that I am so late in writing but I just discovered this. Please accept my very deepest and most heartfelt condolences on the loss of your husband, Papa und Opa
I came to Emerson Junior High in 1970 after spending my entire years in elementary school being shunned for being German. Your father embraced my German ethnicity with open arms, he encouraged me to be German and wanted to know all about my heritage. He is one of those teachers that had a absolute lifelong effect on me, I will forever be grateful for that and will never ever forget what he did for me.
I am so glad I ran into him at a Baldwin Wallace candlelight Advent service, after so very very many years.
May he rest in God's Eternal peace.

Eddie (as we called him then) was two years ahead of me in both high school and college. We attended the same church, snd I remember his father as well. He was frequently part of the group that joined my father and me in rides back and forth from Bowling Green for holidays, etc. He was a great guy, and I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Sincere condolences to his family.

Mr Moore was a wonderful Social Study Teacher @ Emerson Middle School I was a student of his in the early 1970's he loved speaking about Germany his prize he always honored his wife & his first born child he spoke often about.
Ed was always a kind and gracious friend and member of the wives’ club. We always enjoyed the parties they hosted at Christmas time. We will always remember and cherish Ed’s interesting stories of Germany trips and his family experiences. God bless and keep Ed in His perpetual light. May he rest in peace until we can all meet again and talk about the good old days.

Eduardo Primero was his e-mail handle and his gift to me as a native born Puerto Rican. He was a great ambassador for the German community, a man of faith, with God's church and family always coming first. You were wise counsel, an example of servant leadership, and to my good fortune, my friend.
Your genuine spirit, intelligent humor, and gentlemanly grace will be missed by all of us. Rest well brother...may the Lord bless and watch over all your family.
Your brother in Christ,

My deepest sympathy to Ed’s wife and family. I remember him at St. Stephen’s church when the choir sang there.
