I’m not sure if this is gonna get posted but I’m sorry to hear about Don. I just saw this yesterday. My wife Angela and I send our condolences. Don was our first landlord when we got married 19 years ago. We were so proud of our place on W48th. He was the best landlord ever and one of the nicest people. He’ll always be in our hearts
