Vic was my neighbor for 5 years, and I remember him fondly. Vic was an easy guy to get along with, and always willing to talk or help. I remember him showing me how he did his magic with wood in the garage he converted to a workshop. Vic is the one who helped - and taught - me how to rebuild the transmission of my tractor after it started to slip gears. That actually worked out well for him, as I occasionally plowed his driveway for the next couple of winters, using that tractor. The family provided us baby sitting resources, watched our dog(s) when we were on vacation, and were playmates as our kids grew up. Heaven just got another woodworker to help in St. Joseph's shop.
