Adi Louise Trepak's Obituary
Adi Louise Trepak, age 95, passed away on March 24, 2026. Born on August 11, 1930, she was the beloved daughter of the late Ethel and Chauncey Van Skiver.
Louise lived a life defined by devotion to her family, to her community, and to the many people whose lives she touched with her kindness and quiet strength. She was married for 40 years to her cherished husband, the late John D. Trepak, with whom she built a home filled with love, laughter, and enduring memories. She is survived by her children: Gerald (Georgene) Stephens, Charlotte (George) Groves, Elizabeth Dupree, Gloria (David) Rothas, and John Trepak, Jr. Louise was a proud and loving grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy. She was preceded in death by her sister, Vera (William) Muir, with whom she shared a lifelong bond, and by her loyal dog and companion, Bandit, who remained faithfully by her side for many years.
Those who knew Louise will remember her for her resilience, her generosity of spirit, and the warmth she extended to everyone she met. Her legacy lives on in the family she nurtured and the countless lives she enriched.
She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 4-8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Funeral service is Friday, April 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM at North Olmsted Assembly of God, 3874 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
