Sharon R Bodine
We are deeply saddened to hear of Aivars' passing. It truly was a joy to work with him for so many years; his professionalism, kindness, even temperament, and dry humor made even the most difficult of days more bearable for those around him. Never complaining, his strong work ethic also shone on the weekends, as we often ran into him in the early store hours in the Home Depot parking lot, where he was always toiling away, hauling drywall or shingles for various projects. The man seemingly never rested, always doing something for someone else, especially his dear Anita. A quiet, supportive fan of all musical endeavors, he procured her father's lovely cello for our son when he needed a better instrument to advance in his musical career. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chEVBKozfFo
He truly lived a life of service, and will not soon be forgotten, even to those who rarely spelled his name correctly :).
Matthew 25:21.
Our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.
