Arlene Ann Lasko's Obituary
Arlene Ann Lasko (nee Dubnicka), 81 of Lakewood, Ohio passed away peacefully on July 18, 2021. She was born on March 28,1940 in Cleveland, Ohio.
Arlene is preceded in death by her husband Donald, brother and sister-in-law Richard and Dororthy, nieces Doreen and Daralyn and nephew-in-law Randy.
She will be missed greatly by her loving daughters Rita, Laureen and Nancy; treasured grandchildren Katelin, Megan, John Jr. and James, as well as grand-dog Lyla and grand-kitten Boba.
Arlene was a dear aunt to Diane (Rick), Debra (Michael) and Dorothy; and nephew-in-law Todd. She was also a great aunt, great-great aunt, cousin and cherished friend to many.
Arlene enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Everyone that knew her always asked “how’s Ma?” She touched everyone’s life that she came in contact with.
Arlene loved relaxing on her front porch and enjoyed watching the planes and birds. She also enjoyed talking with the people as they were out walking (with or without dogs). Front porch conversations will never be forgotten.
Arlene will be fondly remembered as a kind, loving, caring, funny and strong woman.
Friends and family may call on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 4-8 PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Mass of Catholic Burial will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 10 AM at Transfiguration Parish, 12608 Madison Ave, Lakewood, Ohio 44107. Friends and family are welcome to meet at Sunset Chapel on Thursday at 8:30 AM for closing prayers or meet at Transfiguration Parish for mass at 10 AM. The family request masks during visitation and mass. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070.
