When we were little girls and shared a bedroom, I will always remember asking the “good fairy” if she could get me a drink of water, after we had been tucked in bed. Without fail, the “good fairy” would show up with the water in hand. Then we would play “toss the teddy bear.” Arlyse had a good arm even then. She excelled in athletics. She had many other talents as already stated. I am glad to have such fond memories of my sister!
