Aziel Saint Hernandez Fields, was born May 21, 2023, to his loving parents, Alexander Fields and Tianna Hernandez. Aziel passed away on May 28, 2023. Family and friends are invited to share in the celebration of his life on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 12 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070. A processional to his final resting place will take place immediately following his memorial service. Thank you.
