Barbara Ann Wapperer's Obituary
Barbara Ann Wapperer, age 86, passed away on November 14, 2025. She was born on January 22, 1939, to the late Willis and Irene Garner.
Barb was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Wapperer, and her loving brother J. Thomas Garner. She is survived by her dear sister-in-law, Susan Garner, her nieces, Debra Hayes and Kristen Ryan, and her nephew, Bill Garner.
Barb will be remembered for her deep love of all animals, a kindness that touched every creature she encountered. Her devotion to her pets, friends and family was steadfast. Barb’s warmth, generosity, and ability to adapt to changes in life will continue to inspire all who knew her.
