Benjamen Long's Obituary
Benjamen S. Long, 60, of Rock Hill, South Carolina was welcomed into heaven on April 15, 2022. He was born on December 6, 1961 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Benjamen will be fondly remembered as a strong and faithful teacher, pastor, counselor, and witness of Jesus Christ. He was loved by many and a stranger to none. He was a “gentle, good-natured giant” and was admired for his compassion and devotion to those around him.
He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Robin Long of 12 years; loving children Chavonne Harroun (Doug), Dionne Long, Hayden Long, Hannah Long, and Pamela Bucci (Demetrius Watkins, Jr.); cherished grandchildren Truth Jackson Long, Bryana Lyons, Rylee Lyons, Drew Harroun, and Emmett Harroun; mother Rebecca Ann (nee Floyd) Long; sister Stephanie Long; brothers Robert and Albert Long and Titus Whitehead (Sabrina); niece Rebekah Walter; great-nieces Karley and Maya Walter; and many treasured extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Bennie Long, Jr.
