Bernard Mark Supinski II's Obituary
Bernard “Mark” Supinski, II, age 36, of Cleveland, OH, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, October 16, 2025, at home. Mark was born July 05, 1989, in Cleveland, the son of Bernard M. and Kathleen M. (Bandelow) Supinski. He proudly served in the United States Army as an infantryman, where he was stationed in Grafenwoehr, Germany and Fort Riley, Kansas. After serving, Mark went to college and took business courses and was a financial genius. He loved to work the stock market. Mark was health conscious and in good physical condition. Rather than moving on to a life of his own, Mark returned to live at the family home to assist in care for his youngest brother. He enjoyed riding his Enduro (motorcycle), camping, and hiking the Appalachian Trail. Mark loved children and animals. He was known as intelligent, kind, accepting, and shy. Mark was adventurous, hardworking, and never complained.
Survivors include his parents of Cleveland, brothers Christopher of Fayetteville, NC, and Michael of Cleveland, paternal grandmother Nellie Supinski of North Olmsted, maternal grandfather Thomas Bandelow of Seminole, Florida, Uncles: Joseph (Lori ) Supinski, Thomas (JoLynne) Lavelle, Charles (Betsey) Lavelle, Raymond (Beth) Bandelow, Sonny Simmons, Scott (Jennifer) Simmons, Tom Bandelow, Todd (Jayne) Bandelow, Gary (Laura) Phillips, Joseph (Lynnmarie) Phillips, Carlos R. (Lisa) Sotomayor, Jr. Aunts: Mary Bryant McCourt, Carolyn Compton, Barbara (Matthew) Simoncic, Deborah (Michael) Bonner, Cheryl (LeRoy) Schroeder, Pamela (James) Straight, Sandra (Keith) Bailey, Christa (George) Thompson, and Rita (Bill) Canfield, great aunts Lois Hunsucker and Della Riffle, and many cousins. His closest cousin, JuanCarlos “JC” (Eliza) Sotomayor was more like a brother to him, and friends Rich and Michelle Meermans and Chad Kopping were like family.
Mark was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Bernard Peter Supinski, maternal grandmother’s Patricia Louise Parker-Leonard Simmons and Viola Louise Kiger Bandelow, and his uncles Donald Clay Supinski and David J. McCourt.
Arrangements are being handled by Sunset Memorial Chapel.
Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 10:30 AM at St. Mary of the Falls, 25615 Bagley Road, Olmsted Falls, OH 44138. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070.
