Betty Masielle's Obituary
Betty (nee Little) Masielle was born in Cleveland, OH and attended West Tech High School. Her father, James Little, took his car to the local gas station to be serviced, and it was there that Betty met the love of her life, John Masielle.
Betty and John were married in 1955 and began their lives together. Betty loved horses and enjoyed equestrian activities with her Arabian horse named Ric.
Betty and John also enjoyed camping. Betty felt a spiritual connection with a piece of property in mid-Ohio and so they purchased the 200-acre farm and spent summers there with her family. Betty used her Ford tractor to mow the fields and help plant her large vegetable garden.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary; husband, John; and daughter, Tina.
Betty is survived by her three sons, John Masielle (wife Anne), James Masielle (wife Dina and son Michael), and Joe Masielle (wife Nicole). She is also survived by her sister, Donna Newman (husband Don). And her cat, Ying Yang.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday January 31, 2024, at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 from 10AM-11AM. A Graveside Service will immediately follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
