Betty J. Preuss' Obituary
Betty J. Preuss, 87 of Westlake, OH passed away peacefully on January 7th, 2022. She was born on October 23, 1934 to the late Andrew and Mary Ferencik (nee’ Sentinek). Betty was an avid tennis player and volunteered at Fairview Hospital in the flower shop for 25 years and served on the advisory board. She also volunteered at Messiah Lutheran Church where she was a member for over 60 years. Betty leaves behind to cherish her memory her devoted and beloved husband of 67 years, Clifford W. Preuss; her children, David Preuss and Lesli (Humberto) Irigoyen; grandchildren; Deanika and Chadrick Preuss and Maya Irigoyen. Betty is preceded in death by her son Kirk C. Preuss; her siblings; Mathilda, Eleanor, Andrew, Luther, Melvin and Evelyn. Family will accept family and friends on Tuesday, January 11,2022 from 3-6pm at Sunset Chapel; 6245 Columbia Road North Olmsted, OH 44070. Funeral service will be held at Messiah Lutheran Church, 21485 Lorain Road Fairview Park, OH 44126 on Wednesday January 12th at 11:30am. Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Road North Olmsted, OH 44070 at 1:00pm. Burial and services will be followed by a reception at Sunset Chapel.
