Billy Puckett's Obituary
Billy E. Puckett, 78, of Columbia Station, Ohio passed away on March 31, 2022. He was born on January 20, 1944 in Elkhorn City, Kentucky to the late Elzie and Carrie Alice (nee Owens) Puckett. Billy retired from Ford Motor Company and was a lifetime member and Master Mason with Cleveland Masonic Lodge #781. He enjoyed golfing, casino trips, and a great Friday night playing poker in the barn with his buddies. He will be deeply missed by those who loved him best.
Beloved husband of Ruth A. (nee Gorupec) of 37 years; loving father of Robin Stevens, Vickie Puckett Edwards, Dr. Randy (Toni) Puckett, Billy (Cindy) Puckett, Mandy (Anthony Baker) Puckett, Brenda (Ralph) Cook, Leslie Dean Puckett, and John (Becky) Coleman; cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of many; and dear brother of Margaret “Sue” Bartley. He was preceded in death by his siblings Ruth, Ruby, Rex, Ray, Kerman, Carl, Curtis, Ralph, and Elmer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 10-1 PM with a service at 1 PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery.
