Carol Jean Swift's Obituary
In loving memory of Carol Jean Swift (nee Penman) of Westlake Ohio, who passed away peacefully on November 8, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Harold Swift for 57 years, mother of Stacey Swift-Rusmisel and Julie Swift-Weber, grandmother of Stephanie Weber, Alex Weber, Kaleigh Rusmisel and Kurt Rusmisel. She was a sister to Judith Roub (Bryan), beloved aunt to Paul Roub, Bradley Roub (Deborah), Michael Roub (Lisa), sister-in-law to Peggy Everden (George), and aunt to their children David Everden, Suzanne Everden, Robert Everden (Lisa) and also a great-aunt to eleven. Carol, a pre-school teacher for many years spent her free time taking care of family, neighbors and close friends. Visitation will be held at Jenkins Funeral Chapel, 2914 Dover Center Road, Westlake, Ohio on Tuesday, November 10, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral services will take place at Jenkins Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, November 11 at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park immediately after the service.
