Working with Charles at the Q he was always smiling even when the Cavs lost...always was welcoming always gave good advice ...dearly missed
I just met Charles in April when I moved into his street. He quickly welcomed me and made me feel like a friend. In the few months we chatted anytime I’d walk my dog and he’d introduce me to his family and friends, such a warm, kind, funny, genuine human being. I’m so sorry for the loss.
