Christina Ann Craig's Obituary
Christina Ann (Ricottilli) Craig, 75, of Strongsville, Ohio passed away peacefully on December 31, 2022. She was born on December 3, 1947 in Elkins, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Laboria and Mary (Centofonti) Ricottilli. Christina graduated from Struthers High School in Ohio where she worked at the WKTL Radio Station. She attended Youngstown State University while working as a secretary for an insurance company where she met her future husband, the late Rev. Lawrence Craig. Christina married Larry on August 30, 1969. She was a devoted minister's wife for four parishes in Ohio and Pennsylvania. She worked as an educational aide for the Belpre City School District as well as the Sharon City School District. Christina loved her family immensely and enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends where she made each gathering extra special. She was a blessing to all who knew her exhibiting the love of God with whomever she met. Christina is survived by her children; one son, Sean (Nicole) Craig; and one daughter, Heather (Joel) Fabrey; four grandchildren who were the light of her life, Erica and Megan Craig, and Kyler and Ryan Fabrey; one sister, Joanne (Steve) Vernarsky; brothers and sisters-in-law Dennis and Beverly Craig and Geoff and Sylvia Craig, adored aunt of many, two aunts and one uncle, and many loving cousins, along with many dear friends. The family sends sincere thanks to Southwest Residential Hospice in Strongsville for their very loving care and extreme kindness, as they treated her like family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023 4-8 pm at Sunset Funeral Services, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11 a.m. at West Park United Church of Christ, 3909 Rocky River Drive, Cleveland, Ohio 44111. The family suggests that donations can also be made to West Park United Church of Christ's memorial fund.
