Clifford Charles Riedel's Obituary
Clifford Charles Riedel, age 63 of Scio, Ohio passed away Sunday evening October 29, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones. Cliff was the middle child of 3, born December 11, 1959, in Cleveland, OH to the late Clifford C Riedel and his mother Carolyn (nee Janus) Riedel.
Cliff will be remembered for his love for motorcycles. He owned many throughout his life.
Cliff was able to build a bike from the ground up. He loved riding and racing his own dirt bikes and drag bikes. He worked as a motorcycle technician for most of his career, where one of his jobs led him to meet the love of his life, Cindy, who he happily married in 1996. The two honeymooned at the Brookover Estates riding dirt bikes together. Cliff found the most pleasure in putting together dirt bikes for their three sons and watching them ride. He loved being their own personal pit crew. Cliff also enjoyed spending his time building and flying model airplanes with his father, a hobby they often did together. He loved taking fishing trips to Canada with his friends, and spending time with his family. He enjoyed living out in the country where he could sit on the porch with his wife watching the birds and other animals that came into his yard. He loved and enjoyed his 3 labs Chloe, Chelsea and Callie but will be truly missed by his little Penny Pickles.
He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a grandfather of six. His family meant the world to him.
He was preceded in death by his father Clifford Riedel and sister Diane Ravanelli.
Cliff is survived by his loving family, included his wife of 27 years Cindy (His Puntin or The Tomahawk depending on her mood); 3 sons Casey (Chawney) Kaiser, Cody (Lindsay) Kaiser, Cyle Riedel; Sister Nancy (Samuel) Cheraso; brother-in-law, Carmen Ravanelli; his grandchildren Carsyn, Colton, Cayden, Parker, Baker and Caylin; beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews; dear friend of many.
