Connie S. Hoffman, 62, of Cleveland, Ohio entered Heaven’s gates on September 16, 2021. She was born on January 3, 1959 in Lakewood Ohio to the late Harold and Lillian Jean (nee Deem) Shull. Beloved wife of Todd A. Hoffman of 43 years; loving mother of Crystal (Matthew) Primrose and Tom (Gina) Hoffman; treasured grandmother of Tyler, TJ, Cooper, and Chelsea; and dear sister of Charles Shull and Diane Podowski. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at St. James Lutheran Church, 4771 Broadview Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44109.
