Dana L. Dezarn's Obituary
Dana Lynn DeZarn, 49, of Creston, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021 at University Hospital in Cleveland after a brief illness.
Dana was born Aug. 27, 1971 in Medina and was the beloved daughter of David and Carol (Baker) Gresh. A 1989 graduate of Cloverleaf High School, she studied at Case Western Reserve and became a licensed Expanded Function Dental Assistance. Dana had worked for Doctors Ron and Carol Ricci, DDS in Medina for 15 years. Dana loved horses and met her future husband, William D. “Bill” DeZarn on a trail ride and they were married on June 4, 1994. She loved to cook and was a loving wife and mother to their seven children.
Surviving is her husband, Bill; children, Marshall, Delanie, Joscelyn, Cheyane, Quentin, Garrett and Parker; her parents, Dave and Carol Gresh of Creston; a brother and sister-in-law, David and Amy Gresh of Greenville, IN and a nephew and niece, Carson and Sophia Gresh.
Services will be Friday, May 7th at 7:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Pastor Chris Cahill officiating. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for medical and final expenses at Murray Funeral Home, Creston, OH. Interment at SUNSET MEMORIAL PARK, North Olmsted on Saturday, May 8th at 11:00 AM.
