I knew David since 1st grade and all through high school. I always remember his sense of humor. I ran into him again as an adult in the last years of his life when I worked in healthcare. His determination to recover, his gentle humor and overall kindness was impressive. He spoke of his family with love. I'm sorry to hear of his passing and hope that he rests in peace.
