Delores E. Thomas' Obituary
Delores E. Thomas, age 86, born July 14, 1933, passed away January 28, 2020. Loving mother of Deb Fortner, Kim Thomas, and Tammy Sibert (Bill); grandmother of Sarah Saltee (Larry), Kate Ferguson (Ryan), Patrick Thomas, AnneMarie Nevels (Jermaine), and Mary Sibert; great-grandmother of Fisher, Eleanor, Catherine, Camaryn, and Tatum; sister of Kathy Shimko (Tom). Dee graduated from East High in 1951 and served in the U.S. Air Force as a dental hygienist. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Daniel "Danny" Thomas. She then relocated to Fairhope, AL, in 1995, where she has been cremated. A graveside service will commence on July 24, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted, OH, followed by a cookout to celebrate her humor, adventurous spirit (zip lining at the age of 78), and many happy memories as an avid card player and wicked miniature golfer.
