Denise subbed for me on many occasions . She was always smiling, happy organized and did such a great job with my class . All teachers at John Muir Elementary School were always happy and lucky to have her sub for us. She was a very caring and special person.
To her family -
Know that " The nicest place to be is in someone's thoughts!
The safest place to be is in someone's prayers!
And the BEST place to be is in God's hands!"

Please know that you and your family are in all three places.🙏🏼

Denise, you were such a fun loving person, in-law cousin but more like a blood cousin. i taught her to make pizzelles shortly after she moved to the Cleveland area and she mastered them. We didn't have as much time to share lately between her health issues and my time caring for my mom. But we could always pick up where we left off.
She was a warrior through her battle and never complaining and always smiling.
But now it's time to rest and I'm sure your pain is gone, no more struggles. Watch over Keith and the boys as you always did. My favorite memory of you is cold pizza and green olives!(makes me smile). We'l miss you and loved you.

To the family of Denise, otherwise lovingly known to her friends of freshman year at BGSU as "Pyles" on 4th floor McDonald East, I send my sincere condolences at her passing from this life. She is lovingly remember for her joy and fun loving personality that joined forces with the rest of us silly girls at that time. We had lots of fun together that year, probably more fun than studying. 😉 Know of my prayers for her and all of her family.

I so enjoyed talking to Denise as Anthony, Dania (our niece) and Sophia (our great niece) grow as a family! We were both proud BGSU education graduates...I graduated 2 years earlier than she. Denise and I "commiserated" about the joys and challenges of teaching. I certainly believe that she positively affected the lives of many students! She was upbeat and so very strong...my husband, Jim, and I send all the LoVullos our love, deep sympathy and caring thoughts for the coming days.

Denise and I met at BGSU freshman year.. on the same hall across the hall..loud music and a lot of laughing going on over there!! Didn’t know what to make of all that noise!! And that band ..Chicago .. think I know all the words!! Lol.., Denise was a great friend and never a dull moment!! After school I only saw her once with her 2 darling boys!! A wonderful fun loving person and I was so sorry to hear of her passing.. Denise will be in my prayers and thinking of her and her family.I will never forget all the fun we had that first year in college!!
