Dennis Wayne Reynolds' Obituary
Dennis “Denny” Wayne Reynolds, age 83, of North Ridgeville, Ohio, passed away on November 12, 2025.
Born on August 4, 1942, Denny grew up with a love for life, people, and the beauty of Jehovah’s creations, which started as a child, always having a dog, parrakeets, and a racoon, and spending most of his time outdoors. On September 4, 1965, he married his beloved wife, Margaret Reynolds, with whom he shared 60 years of devotion, companionship, and joy. A turning point in his life was his baptism as one of Jehovah's witnesses on September 9, 1973. Together they built a life filled with love, hospitality, and faith.
Denny is survived by his children, Susan (David) LeComte, Douglas (Shelly) Reynolds, and Joseph Reynolds; and his cherished grandchildren, Kyle, Nicole, Caleb, and Sydney. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Eleanore Reynolds.
Throughout his life, Denny held various jobs and developed a wide variety of talents, but he especially enjoyed maintenance work. He took great pride in completing projects at home, always with Margaret by his side. His active, loving, and friendly spirit touched everyone he met. He delighted in hiking, camping, sailing, and spending time with family and friends, always appreciating the wonders of Jehovah’s creations.
Denny and Margaret shared countless happy moments together, often experimenting with new recipes and welcoming others with their warm hospitality. He will be remembered for his faithfulness to Jehovah, his generosity, and the joy he brought to those around him.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate Denny’s life, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and the legacy of love he leaves behind. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at The Lodge of New Russia Township, 46300 Butternut Ridge Road, Oberlin, Ohio 44074.
