Dolly J. Griffin's Obituary
Dolly Jean Griffin, age 88, of Elyria, passed away peacefully on March, 31, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born October 1, 1931, in Cleveland; daughter of the late Hugo Maecker and Ann Staeger. Dolly enjoyed gardening, shopping, playing scrabble, and doing crossword puzzles. She liked creating macramé and pottery. Dolly will be greatly missed.
Devoted wife of the late Chester Griffin; cherished mother of Lawrence (Andrea) Griffin; treasured sister of Gloria Coulter and the late David Maecker. Dolly will also be missed by her beloved cat, Gypsy.
To ensure the health and safety of our community, we are following all guidelines set by local, state and CDC officials. A private family graveside will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
