Dolly T. Lewis' Obituary
Dolly Temple Lewis (nee Condia), age 76 of Olmsted Twp., passed away November 6, 2021. She was born in Arnett, WV to the late Pete and Elsie Condia. She is survived by her loving sons, Ronald Osborne Sr. (Dawn) and Gary Osborne (Sandra); her cherished grandchildren, Ronald Jr., Derek, Shane and Angelina; her great-grandchildren, Derek Jr., Evan and Carter; her brother, Pete Condia Jr. (Edna). She is preceded in death by her son, Steven Osborne; her siblings, Whorley Condia (Phyllis), John Condia (Debbie), Diana (Denardo), Helen Condia, Esther “Connie” Peele, Robert Condia and Annetta Jones.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 4-6 PM in the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd. North Olmsted, OH 44070. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 2 PM in the mausoleum at Sunset Memorial Park, 1925 Harper Rd. Beckley, WV 25801.
