Dolores Jean Carrie's Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Dolores Jean Carrie announce her passing, she was 92 years old. Dolores will be lovingly remembered by her children and fondly remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and her many dear friends. Dolores was predeceased by her husband James ‘Jim’ who passed away in 1996 and her many siblings. Dolores was a fun-loving character who enjoyed chatting with anyone who would stop by. She was well versed in current events, politics, and sports. In years past, she and Jim would take weekend drives looking at homes, small towns, and seasonal scenery changes. In her later years, she enjoyed visiting with friends, being independent, going out for drives through the Metroparks, and spending time with her children.
Dolores passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020. She enjoyed a long and full life and until recently, she lived on her own and cared for her home in North Olmsted. She loved dogs and always had a furry companion to keep her company.
A visitation will be held for Dolores on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the Sunset Chapel located at 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted 44070 from 10AM until the time of service. Funeral services will begin promptly at 12 noon. Following the funeral service, burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Park located at 6265 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted 44070.
