Donald J. Kurtz, 84, of Fairview Park, passed away October 28, 2017. Born September 14, 1933 in Wauwatosa, WI. He proudly served in the Coast Guard on active duty during the Korean War. Don retired as Finance Director of the Cuyahoga County Public Library.
Beloved husband of 61 years to Pauline (Gottschling); loving father of Debra (John) Tsiros, Wendy (Robert) Kozub, son James Bryan Kurtz (deceased); dearest grandfather of Kelly (Shane) Schroeder, Megan (Izzy) Santiago, Alexandra (John) Beeler, Christopher Kozub, Victoria and Andrea Tsiros; great-grandfather of Andrew and Paige Schroeder, Michael Goff, Alyssa Lally, and Cadence, Charlie, and Aubrey Beeler; son of Arthur and Frances (Klavora) Kurtz (deceased).
