Donald Joseph Lesko's Obituary
Donald Joseph Lesko, 86, of Strongsville, Ohio, formerly of Berea, Ohio, passed away on February 20th, 2022. Don was born May 17th, 1936, in Monroe, Michigan, to parents Joseph and Antoinette (née Buchana). He was General Manager of Buckeye Fasteners, a division of Fastener Industries, of Berea, Ohio, for which he also served on the board of directors. Don was an accomplished golfer with five holes-in-one to his credit, as well as a champion bowler and member of the 300 Club, having scored several perfect games. Don was also a formidable poker player and enjoyed weekly games with friends. He dearly loved his family and always had a twinkle in his eye. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara Lesko (née Schmidt), his son Donald Lesko Jr, his daughter Susan Lesko, his grandson Foster Lesko-Dixon, and his sister Donna Simon. He will be dearly missed. A memorial service will be planned at a later date at St. Paul Lutheran Church 276 E.
