Doris M. Bolt, age 86 of North Olmsted, passed away February 22, 2020. Beloved wife of 45 years to the late Kenneth; dear stepmother of Kenneth Jr. (Christine), Suzanne (Ernest) Melendez and Nancy (Karl) Frank; cherished grandmother of 10; great-grandmother of 9.
Doris was a 2-time cancer survivor. She was a long-time member of Ascension Lutheran Church. She loved to volunteer and knit caps for preemies.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 12:30-1:30 PM at Ascension Lutheran Church, 28081 Lorain Rd. North Olmsted; where the Funeral Service will begin at 1:30 PM.
The family suggests donations may be made to Ascension Lutheran Church.
God Saw You Getting Tired
God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be
So he put His arms around you
And whispered "Come to me."
With tearful eyes we watched you
As you slowly slipped away
And though we loved you dearly
We couldn't make you stay.
Your golden heart stopped beating
