Doris Carol Thomas' Obituary
Doris Carol Thomas, 93, was born on July 14, 1929 to the late Harold and Norma Granger.
Doris was a proud graduate of Michigan State University, where she obtained her Associates Degree. She then attended the Fairview School of Nursing, where she graduated with her Bachelor's Degree. After college, Doris initially worked for the Red Cross until she began working at Lakewood Hospital as a Registered Nurse.
Doris passed away on January 4, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Russell W. Thomas. Cherished sister of Janet (Edward, deceased) King. Loving aunt to Peg (John) Meros, Pete King, and Ed (fiancé, Ryan) King. Great-aunt to Mike (Gretchen), Chrissy (Donnie), Maria (Dan), Joe, Alex, and Alyssa. Great-great-aunt to Victoria, Annabella, Aidan, Ethan, Wyatt, and Anthony. Dearest friend to Judy Norton. Doris will also be missed by the staff and her many friends at Vista Springs Assisted Living.

Graveside Service is Monday, January 9, 2023 at 2:30 PM at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070, where the family will meet at the gate at 2:15 PM.
