Duane W. Bibler's Obituary
Duane W. Bibler, age 54, of Olmsted Falls, passed away on February 20, 2015. He is preceded in death by his father Robert Bibler; and his grandparents Wayne (Emma) Bibler and Jack (Hermine) Hafey.
Beloved husband for 22 years to Kelly (nee Morris) Bibler; cherished son to Sally A. Bibler; dear brother to Darrel Bibler; son-in-law to Colleen Morris; brother-in-law to Michael (Stacey) Morris, Connie (Kenny) Allen and Rodney (Eileen) Morris; uncle to 5 nieces, 5 nephews, 3 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew. He will also be sorely missed by Bandit, Kimba, Harry, Pippa and Donner.
Duane was a 1978 graduate of Brecksville High School and was active in the marching band. His education continued at the University of Akron, where he graduated in 1982. He is the current owner of Steel Detailing Services, Inc.
Duane enjoyed life: He loved boating with Kelly, sports, drawing and music. He collected comic books, played bass guitar in rock bands and was an excellent cook – he was well known for his famous pasta fagioli.
Celebration of Life service will take place at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd, N. Olmsted, where Duane’s family will receive friends from 12:00 NOON until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Animal Protective League (Cleveland APL), 1729 Willey Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113.
