Dustin L. Wade's Obituary
Dustin Lee Wade, 41, of Sheffield Lake, passed away suddenly Tuesday, August 29, 2017. He was born in Elyria and had been a resident of North Ridgeville most of his life, before moving to Sheffield Lake six months ago.
Dusty graduated from North Ridgeville High School, where he was captain of the wrestling team, winning many championships. He continued his studies at LCCC and graduated with a degree in Police Science. He later went through an apprenticeship where he became a skilled trade plumber-pipefitter and welder. For the past five years, Dustin was employed at NRG Energy in Avon Lake.
Dusty was a loving father, son and brother who especially loved family get-togethers. He was always joking and teasing with his family and friends. He had a smile that could light up the room. Dusty was an avid sports enthusiast.
“It’s so much darker when a light goes out than it would have been if it had never shone.”
