E.L. "Jr" Litton's Obituary
E.L. “Jr.” Litton, age 83, from Brook Park, passed away January 8, 2020. He is the beloved husband of 58 years to Thelma Jean (nee Clark); loving dad of Johnny Litton; cherished papaw of Savannah (Nick) Straiton, and Tyler John Litton; devoted son of the late Elmer Dewey and Emma Jane (nee Myers) Litton; dear brother of Az Litton, Shirly Marlow, Roy Litton, Sally Brown, and predeceased by Goldie Norman, Hazel Stephens, Clarence Litton, James Daniel Litton, Mary McGrath, Charles Litton, Bobbie Litton and Linda Beusceil; Loved uncle of many nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
Jr. was devoted to his family above all. He had a great passion for Harleys and anything outdoors. His yard was his place, no one could keep him from working on it. Jr. would have two mowers, edgers and blowers always in case one broke down. He loved to keep busy and tinker with everything. Jr. would walk the neighborhood and greet his friends for a talk. He was a very proud and religious man who was devoted to the Pentecostal Church. Spending countless, priceless hours of worship and fellowship. Jr. always had services on tv or the radio. His family describe him as a character, loving, hardworking and generous to so many and he will be missed by all.
VISITATION Monday, January 13th, 2020, from 4-8 PM in the Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 6245 Columbia Rd. North Olmsted. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, January 14th, 10 AM at the Sunset Chapel with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
