Edward Hrehor's Obituary
Edward Hrehor, age 92, of Strongsville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 30, 2019.
He was born April 7, 1927 in Cleveland, son of the late John and Elizabeth (nee Kovach) Hrehor. Edward was a U.S. Navy veteran and member of the Strongsville VFW. He was a strong man of faith and loved the Lord, his church congregation at St. John Lutheran Church, and his bible study group. Edward loved animals and enjoyed square dancing and visiting all National Parks. Most importantly, he loved his family and will be greatly missed.
Devoted husband of 51 years to the late Betty Mae Hrehor; cherished brother of John (Rose) Hrehor and Elsie (William) Schneider; beloved uncle of Alan “Buzz” (Joyce Bolt) Seiple, Robert (Ruth) Seiple, Abigail (Paul) Turek, Terry Gillespie, Wayne (Linda) Schneider, Ron (Bonnie Schneider, Richard and Charlene Coffield-Schneider; loving great uncle of many.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 12PM – 2PM in the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, OH 44070 where funeral service will commence at 2PM. Interment immediately following in Sunset Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions in Edward’s name are suggested to St. John Lutheran Church, 8888 Prospect Rd., Strongsville, OH 44149.
