Edwin M. Ezaki age 92 of Middleburg Hts, OH born in San Mateo, CA passed away peacefully at home on June 1, 2026 surrounded by family. Beloved husband of 50 years to the late Carole (nee Gannon); loving father of Michael (deceased), Mark (Debbie), and Dana (Ray) Taddeo; cherished grandfather of Mark and Michael Ezaki and Justin, Julia (Colin), and Jenna Taddeo; beloved son of the late Sam and Kay Ezaki; brother Dick (deceased); cherished Uncle, cousin, and life-long friend to many. Interned at Gila River Relocation Center during WWII. Army veteran. Yo-Yo, Handball and Bowling Champion. Played semi-pro baseball. Realtor. Retired for 30 years from Terex/GM Parma. Trusted, skilled UAW negotiator. His word was his bond. Staple on many Casino bus trips. Recipient of numerous educational awards and recognition as Chairman of the Japanese American Citizens League Speakers Bureau. Reveled in and bragged on all the success and accomplishments of his Grandchildren. Strong, loving, and faithful man who enriched the lives of everyone who knew him. He will be dearly missed. Family Mass of Chrisitan Burial, St. John Bosco Church. Private Interment at Sunset Memorial. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests to pay it forward with a random act of kindness. That's the kind of guy he was.
