Elaine McCune's Obituary
Elaine McCune, 87, of North Olmsted, went to her Eternal Home on October 24, 2023. She was born in Upper Middletown, Pennsylvania, to the late Emerson and Sara (nee Randolph) Leichliter.
Elaine was a seamstress, a crafter, a knitter, a crocheter and a quilter. She enjoyed her word puzzles and a good laugh. She loved spending time outside with her flowers and garden and the family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister Lois Brooks.
She leaves behind a loving family to cherish her memory, including her husband of 68__ years, Ronald; children, Cindy (Don) Goga and Reggie (Laura) McCune; grandchildren, Megan (Daren), Jason, Greg (Megan), Justin (Samantha), Amanda (Dave); great-grandchildren, Madison, Mallory, Wade, Kiera, Brayden, Garison, Colton, and Austyn; and many other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of donations, please consider a donation to Hospice of the Western Reserve Contributions (17876 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44110), in Elaine’s memory.
Friends and family may gather on Monday, October 30, 2023, from 12:00 to 2:00PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 2:00PM. She will be laid to rest in Section 46 at Sunset Cemetery, North Olmsted, Ohio.
