Eloise F. Cantrell's Obituary
Eloise F. Cantrell, 90, of Olmsted Township, Ohio passed away peacefully on April 21, 2023. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 16, 1932, to the late Alice Strmac. Eloise was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Wayne Thomas Cantrell; her parents and her siblings. Eloise will be deeply missed by her eight children: Steve (Chris) Cantrell, Alan (Cindy) Cantrell, Nancy (Norman) Bissett, Gregory Cantrell, Raymond Cantrell, Laura (Bruce) Straslicka, Donna Cantrell, and Keith (Molly) Cantrell; loving grandmother of Kandace Cantrell, Matthew Cantrell, Kyle (Lyndsey) Cantrell, Nicole Cantrell, Connor Cantrell, Erin (Tyler) Looser, Norman Bissett, Kate Cantrell, and Isaac Cantrell; dear great-grandmother of Alexander, Ava, Liam, Dayton, Colton, Benjamin, and two more on the way; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 4-8 pm at Sunset Funeral Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday April 28, at 10:30 am at St. Mary of the Falls Church, 25615 Bagley Road, Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14609 Brookpark Road, Brook Park, Ohio 44142. The family welcomes you to join in a reception/brunch in Eloise’s honor after interment, from 1-3 p.m. at Sunset Chapel’s lower level.
