Eugene F. Higgins Jr.'s Obituary
Eugene F. Higgins, Jr., 86, of Avon, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Born in Cleveland to the late Eugene F. Sr. and Nora Higgins on January 30, 1934. Besides his parents, Eugene is preceded in death by three siblings: twin brother Donald, Dorothy, and Elizabeth “Betty”. Husband of 49 years to the late Myrna Higgins; loving father to Matthew (Joe) and Timothy (Sandy); and step-grandfather to the adoring Jade. In his younger years, Eugene enjoyed boxing and in his later years, he enjoyed golf and poker. Eugene had a very social and generous personality and a keen sense of humor. He will be dearly missed. Eugene will be laid to rest next to his wife at Sunset Memorial Park located 6265 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted 44070 at a later date.
