Evelyn M. Chambers' Obituary
Evelyn M. Chambers, age 85, of Parma, Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2026.
Born on October 17, 1940, in Brunswick, Ohio, Evelyn was the cherished daughter of the late Ludwig and Anna Hujer. She lived a life filled with compassion, kindness, and an unwavering love for her family and all of God's creatures.
Evelyn was the beloved wife of 35 years to Andrew Chambers. She was a devoted mother to Brian (Marie) Smith, Valerie (John Holton) Chambers, Tammy (John) Flicker, and Lorie Chambers. She was a proud and loving grandmother to McKenzie, McKayla, Isabelle, Mason, Ellie Mae, Edison, and Anna, all of whom brought immense joy to her life.
She was preceded in death by her son, Rick Smith, and her sister, Rosalie Bosau.
Evelyn had a special gift for caring for animals and for her compassionate heart. She loved feeding birds and found great joy in watching and caring for wildlife. Evelyn never hesitated to lend a hand.
Evelyn will be remembered for her gentle spirit, loving nature, and the countless acts of kindness she showed throughout her life. Her memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, whose compassionate care and support meant so much to Evelyn and her family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Sunset Memorials Westwood Abbey Mausoleum Chapel, 6265 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070.
A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM in the same chapel.
