Farris D. Angel's Obituary
Farris D. Angel, 83, of Strongsville, peacefully passed away on October 14, 2023. He was born February 22, 1940, in Garrison, West Virginia, to the late Farris E. and Opal M. (nee Vickers) Angel. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
Farris was a beloved parishioner and board member of the Parma Park Church of God. He loved fishing, hunting, and anything else that required an outdoorsman’s skill. He was a jack of all trades and could fix just about anything. He retired from Conrail after 30+ years in 2003.
He leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memory, including his wife of 58 years, Shelba Angel; daughters, Natalie (Marc) Anguilano and Gina (Melissa) Angel; granddaughters, Marisa (Kyle) Gray and Briana Anguilano; sister, Frances (Jim) Scarbro; and many other extended family members and friends.

Friends and Family may gather from 11:00 to 12:00PM on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Parma Park Church of God, 12000 Huffman Road, Parma, OH 44130. A Funeral Service will begin at 12:00PM, officiated by Pastor Michael Collier. He will be laid to rest in Sunset Cemetery's Pinewood Garden Mausoleum in North Olmsted, Ohio.
