Frank Joseph Blasius' Obituary
Frank Joseph Blasius, 95, of Westlake, Ohio passed away peacefully on October 23, 2022. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 12, 1927 to the late Frank and Appalonia Blasius (nee Mattes). Frank was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Gertrude “Trudy” Blasius and by his sister, Leona Corteal. Frank will be deeply missed by his loving daughters, Cynthia (Michael) O’Hara and Karen Trzesniowski; cherished grandfather of Kelly (Craig) Smith; loving great-grandfather of Reagan and Rylee Smith; and a host of extended family and dear friends. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at St. Clarence Catholic Parish, 30106 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 at 10 a.m. Interment following mass at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
