Frank Meray's Obituary
Frank Meray, 77, passed away on February 7, 2025. Born on January 3, 1948, to Frank and Maria Meray.
Frank is survived by his daughters, Monika (David) Gizewicz and Karin (Tim) Scally; his cherished grandchildren, Matthew, Aleksandra, Allison, Abigail, and Christian; and his sister, Marta. He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Piroska, and his siblings, Jozef and Frances.
Frank had a passion for raising and racing pigeons, a hobby that brought him great joy. A devoted Catholic, he was an active member of Saint Ambrose Catholic Parish in Brunswick. He had a passion for sports, particularly soccer, hockey, and tennis. Above all, Frank was a family man who deeply loved his grandchildren and was their biggest supporter especially when it came to sports and faith.
A visitation will be held February 14, 2025, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, 44070. A mass to honor Frank will follow February 15, starting at 10:00 am at Saint Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick, 44212.
