Frank and my dad Ron were best friends since grade school. They remained close and when they got married and had families we used to get together often. Since us kids were all roughly the same age we got along great and had many good times.
Our family moved to Florida so we didn't get together near as often but when we did it was a blast. To say the Tatar's were like family would be an understatement.
A few years after we moved my dad and I were doing yard work and we noticed a plane circling the area. Dad looked at it for a while and said "I think that's Frank's plane". He got in the car and drove up to the airport and sure enough there was Frank and Joe Smith! What a cast of characters!
So many memories we all made together, I remember them dearly with a smile. My sister and I would like to send our condolences to, especially Ella, and the entire Tatar family. Such a large family leaves quite a legacy for a great man.
Know that we love you all and you are in our prayers at this time of grief.
