Franklin "Frank" Conley's Obituary
Franklin D. “Frank” Conley, age 81, of Elyria, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018.
He was born on November 21, 1936 in Dutch, WV to the late Michael and Nelly (nee Brown) Conley. Cherished father of Michael L. (Angel) Conley, Tonya M. (Ed) Conley-McNamara and Stephen W. (Teresa) Conley; beloved grandfather Nicole, Crystal, Steven, Ashley, Michael, Patience and Briana; loving great grandfather of Gage, Karissa, Lux and Colton; preceded in death by his ex-wife Dorothy J. Conley and survived by his ex-wife Virginia Conley and children; brother of Mary (Leroy) Hoover, Rena (Gayle) Kelley and the late Lorraine “Stack” (Harry) Allen.
Frank was an avid hunter in his younger years. He loved sports, and sponsored and coached Championship Little League Football and Baseball with his children and step-children. Frank would often drive to West Virginia to go out dancing with his family. Frank loved his family and will be truly missed.
Visitation will take place Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 2-6PM in the Sunset Chapel 6245 Columbia Rd. North Olmsted, OH 44070, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 12 NOON. Burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
