Fred worked for many years as a lineman with CEI, where he took pride in his work and the contributions he made to his community. In his retirement, he found contentment in the simple joys of life, spending time with loved ones and embracing his passions.
Fred is survived by his three children: Chris Anselm, Mark Anselm, and Jennifer Farrow. Fred had a deep love for animals and rescued many dogs throughout his life. He cherished the companionship of his two huskies. Spending time with them brought him great joy and comfort throughout the years.
An avid outdoorsman, he found solace in nature and spent much of his time appreciating the beauty of the world around him.
A devoted Lutheran, Fred was active in his church for many years. His faith was a cornerstone of his life, providing him with strength and comfort, especially in his later years. Surrounded by prayer and the presence of his children, he found peace in his final days.
Fred’s memory will live on through his family and those who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to the ASPCA in Fred’s honor.
