Gerald Alan Hall's Obituary
Gerald (Jerry) Alan Hall, 82, went to be with his Heavenly Father on May 19, 2025. Jerry was born July 5, 1942, the oldest son of Florian Arthur and Delphine Mary (Gilgenbach) Hall. He resided in Olmsted Falls where Jerry attended and graduated from Olmsted Falls High School in 1960 and played on the undefeated championship football team.
Following high school, he took over the Olmsted Falls family-owned business Hall Brothers Meats where he and his brother, Richard, ran a successful business for over 40 years.
He found joy in gardening, fishing, golfing, bowling and playing cards especially 66. He had many friends and was always willing to lend a hand to help others.
Family members cherish his adventurous spirit of camping, canoeing and yearly trips to Cedar Point. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and playing monopoly.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and his youngest brother Raymond.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Deborah Lynn Hall; son Erik Hall (Michelle) and daughters Kimberly McCrae and Jenifer Milligan (Sam); grandchildren, Lesley Medves (James), Danielle McCrae, Ben McCrae, Madi Milligan and Sammy Milligan; brothers Richard and Raymond (deceased) and sister Carol; numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation is Monday, May 26, 2025, from 12:00PM-2:00PM at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070, where the funeral service will begin at 2:00PM.
