Gizella Sestak, 93 years young, of North Ridgeville, Ohio passed away on May 30, 2022. She was born on June 19, 1928 in Kula, Serbia to the late Marton and Matild Sukola. Gizella was a 50-year member of the Westlake Seventh-Day-Adventist Church. She worshipped God faithfully and found great peace within the walls of her church. Gizella was a talented seamstress for over 30 years and created intricate designs for many homes over her career. Gizella lived for her beautiful children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by those who knew her best, but the love she instilled in others will live on. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Macas, three brothers and three sisters. She was the loving mama of Alex (Ilona) Sestak; cherished ómama of Zoltan (Eniko), Imre (Andrea), Daniel (Naomi), and Benjamin; treasured déd-ómama of Victoria, Romeo, Abel, Hannah, and Daniel; dear aunt of Ester, Livia (deceased), Gabe; and many nieces and nephews located in Europe and Australia. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. A funeral service will take place at 7:00 PM at the chapel. Gizella will be laid to rest on Friday, June 3, 2022 at 12:00 noon in Sunset Memorial Park. Please meet at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Flowers are welcome at the funeral home or donations may be made to Adventist Community Services, 8130 Lexington Way, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039.
