Glenda L. Nelson, beloved daughter of Wanda L. Nelson and the late Glenn R. Nelson, passed away on July 23, 2024, at the age of 65. Born on July 22, 1959, Glenda touched the lives of many during her time on Earth.
Glenda was a dedicated nurse, devoting her life to caring for others. Her compassion, kindness, and healing touch left an indelible mark on her patients and colleagues alike. She worked tirelessly, bringing comfort to those in need.
In addition to her nursing career, Glenda was a loving wife. Her husband, Alfred Watkins, preceded her in death, but their memories together remain etched in the hearts of those who knew them.
Glenda’s family was central to her life. She is survived by her sisters, Carol Rose, Dorothy Fantauzzi, and Brenda Dennis. Sadly, Glenda’s brother, Joseph Nelson, and sister, Debra, have also passed away.
As we mourn Glenda’s loss, let us celebrate her life—a life of compassion, dedication, and love. Her legacy lives on through the lives she touched and the hearts she healed.
